The first-ever Let's Rock! Edinburgh one-day gig is to be held this year, on September 30.

The 22,000-capacity indoor event will be held at the city's Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston. Tickets are available from 08701 663663, and some 33 acts will play from midday though 'til 3am.

Of those acts, the following have been confirmed:

Feeder
The Long Blondes (pictured)
The Rakes
Babyshambles
Mystery Jets
Ed Harcourt
The Futureheads
Idlewild
The Datsuns

being

an all-dayer, i wouldn't have thought the running order would be in order of 'popularity', etc... i'd guess they'd put on big acts at strategic points throughout the day to ensure a good turnout.
