It's great when you're 8: DiS' birthday bills announced

Happy birthday us! Join us if you can.

DrownedinSound celebrates its eighth anniversary in October - and what better way to get the party started than a couple of special showcases at the beginning of the month? With help from our friends at Concrete & Glass and In The City, we've put together two bumper bills for all you lucky people - full details of which appear below. Pffff

why don't I live in London?!

nor Manchester

nor Sheffield? nor anywhere the Shred Yr Face tour is visiting?

well pardon me

but i would happily swap locations with you for these evenings

will there be cake?

Will

Be at Bar & Kitchen on Thursday for sure! Also if anyone is a Concrete and Glass I'l be DJing downstairs at Old Blue Last on the Friday!

And

O'Death are an amazingly good band as well!

Oh wow, London and Manchetser

That's the entire north and south of england covered, right?

Balderdash

and blistering barnacles. Can't make it, and as an old skool-er I would have liked to sink a beer to celebrate... Anyway....have a fun time, Sean, and pat yourself on the back many times indeed!

wristbands

if I pay one of them ITC £25 wristbands will I be able to get into the These New Puritans gig with it or do I need to pay the £6 anyway?
