The Boredoms

An explosive, ballistic, shamanistic, hypnotic, chaotic, magnetic, irreverent, indulgent, mental, experimental non-stop rhythm fest, ranging from patter like raindrops to the thunder of a runaway stampede. DJ and mad shaman-scientist Eye stood close up and face to face with his three percussive disciples, original drummer-girl Yoshimi, second drummer ATR and third drummer Yojiro, and together they shook us, without even 1 second of a gap, for one hour and fifteen minutes, the rhythms and sounds mutating , rotating, tickling and then crushing. It was a religious experience, like having three synchronised raves in the same room.
