The venue is packed, quite an achievement considering headliners, * King Adora *, have never been higher than the top 30.

Mohobishopi, in support tonight, have yet to even hit the chart that high but show no signs of intimidation to be playing such a large venue. As a three piece banging out short sharp indiepunkpop tunes they can’t be faulted. New single, 'Names For Nameless Things', may be a more melodic and, some would say, a more creative direction for the band, usually happy to whip out straight three chord wonders. However, it is with older singles such as 'Playboy' that the crowd go manic. Mid-set, guitarist and drummer switch instruments, which is interesting although sonically it’s hard to notice any difference.

Aside from the plastic eighties sun visors though * Mohobishopi* still look a lot less fun than they sound. A band for no nonsense pogoing then, and slowly improving to something that could mean a lot more.
