Type: small indie

R*E*P*E*A*T began as a Manic Street Preachers fanzine and has since become a leading light in the Cambridge music scene, promoting gigs and eventually spawning a record label working on a shoe-string budget and the principle of ‘if we like it, we’ll release it’. Their best-known release is Miss Black America’s debut album God Bless Miss Black America, and they have also released records by Neo, The Virgin Suicides, Pala and The Saffs. In addition to this they have released several compilation ep's. The fanzine/label also promote regular gigs at the Cambridge Portland Arms, and occasionally at The Man On The Moon
They have a website at http://www.repeatfanzine.co.uk where releases can be ordered.

The future:

Open Mouth (The personal project from Seymour Glass of Miss Black America fame) is set to release his debut album Import/Export via the R*E*P*E*A*T label on 16th April 2007.
