Known by pretty much everyone as "Belle & Sebastian's label", the Jeepster roster also includes the mighty Snow Patrol, as well as the lesser-known but no-less-great Hull folk nutters Salako. It is also home to B&S side projects The Gentle Waves (Isobel Campbell) and Looper (Stuart David), and they have recently been joined by Bunnyman Ian McCulloch

Jeepster MD Mark Jones' philosophy is to sign acts that he can be endlessly and genuinely enthusiastic about and are doing something new - he turned down one band who've had huge chart success because his voice was "too whiny" and another because they were "just a grunge band doing nothing new". I'll leave you to guess the guilty parties...
