Exercise1 Records was born in the Camden Head, Islington, over a pint and a packet of scampi fries. They put out good music that they like, have a website at www.exercise1.net, and also run a monthly night at The Buffalo Bar, Highbury called Attack! Attack!. They are approachable and use their eyes as well as talk in language.
