Boobytrap

Cardiff-based Boobytrap Records, brainchild of Radio 1's Huw Stephens and the infamous BoobyBaz, were founded in October 2000. Priding themselves on releasing innovative new music, the label's first form was as a Rolling Stone-admired singles club. Having made the step to the full album releases, this year - 2006 - sees Boobytrap release material from Richard James, the Boyfriends, attack+defend and Ninjah, amongst others.
