Sonic Dragolgo

Self-proclaimed electro-pop superstar Sonic Dragolgo is a curious character. Born Kozaburo Narita in Tokyo, Japan, he found himself attracted to electronica as a teenager, buying his first synth at 17 years old. He carries a startling self-assuredness and a natural comedic gift that is surreal,entertaining and refreshing.

Sonic's live shows are a wonderful spectacle, as he somehow manages to play guitar, operate a synth, sing and play with a Bob The Builder glove- puppet at the same time. His music straddles human emotions... humour, melancholy, joy and regret... while remaining gleefully unselfconscious.
