Band History:

Based in London, the band got together in 2001. The debut album from Smiled, Circus, sounds like your favourite home-made compilation tape. Circus is due out in September 2002.

First single, 'The First Picture Of You', sold out from Rough Trade, Beggars Banquet, Tower Records, Virgin Megastore (London).

Second single 'World' featured on MTV.

The re-released version of 'The First Picture Of You' (electro-glide remix), mixed by Wise Buddah, was the DMXploding Single Of The Week, DMX Music, LA – May 2002.

Smiled have also been featured on Claire Sturgess' show on XFM, Chris Hawkins' show on BBC 6 Music, on BCB 96.7 FM, Dream FM and on BBC Radio Foyle.
