BLOC Weekend: The DiS Review

In Depth by Rory Gibb

Butlins Minehead has a slightly jarring atmosphere in the middle of the night. Sprawling chalet lots and the cocked arms of fairground apparatus have an unnerving tendency to suddenly loom from the darkness without warning. In Depth by Rory Gibb

Sounds in the Dark: Pinch & Shackleton, Ectoplasm Girls, Xela, Raime, Ayshay, Vatican Shadow

In Depth by Matthew Kent

A new column exploring music which is somehow introverted yet open. There’s a common theme running throughout the choices highlighted, in that they live in the dark, whether fully or tiptoeing around the shadows. »
