Watch: Pulled Apart By Horses 'Wolf Hand' LIVE

News by Luke Slater

We all know Pulled Apart By Horses are one of the most devastating live acts on the planet, so we won't bother mentioning it any more. It should really go without saying. Well we've got a video of them performing live, at their album playback last year. The track is from the album - obviously! - and is 'Wolf Hand' and was performed at the Buffalo Bar in London. Here it is.»

Leeds Festival 2011 - Drowned In Sound's Saturday Blog

News by Simon Jay Catling

Day 2 at Leeds saw slightly sunnier climbs - only slightly mind - and, for writers Dom Gourlay and Simon Jay Catling ran rather a long way into day three. You don't want to hear of our whimsical frivolities though; joined by Daniel O'Dell here's what we saw yesterday.»

Mixtape Monday: Live at Leeds Festival 2011 ft. James Blake, Frightened Rabbit, PABH...

News by Sean Adams

Pretty much every major city in the UK now has its own 'urban festival' and Leeds is no exception. With some of this year's biggest new names (James Blake, Anna Calvi, Trophy Wife), some DiS favourites (Frightened Rabbit, The Twilight Sad, Pulled Apart by Horses, Futureheads) and a shit-tonne of local talent (Bear Mask, Dinosaur Pile-Up, Honour Before Glory), as well as some brand new acts that DiS is nodding knowingly at their inclusion on the line-up (Star Slinger, Let's Buy Happiness, Lanterns on the Lake, Still Corners, Catherine A.D.), this year's Live at Leeds is more than a bit good.»

Watch: Pulled Apart By Horses - 'Meat Balloon' live in session

News by Luke Slater

It is no secret that we think noisy Leeds lot Pulled Apart By Horses are one of the finest live bands in the country. Their music on record is not too shabby, either, although seeing them in the flesh does surpass everything else, by a massive distance. Brutal they certainly are. Today they gave away SIX videos from a session filmed earlier, and we've got one of them for you to watch. It's 'Meat Balloon' and you can have a peek at it below:»

Pulled Apart By Horses need stuff for their video, it could be YOU(r guitar)

News by Luke Slater

Let's not fuck about here. Probably one of the best and most enjoyable live bands in the country, nay WORLD (I can attest for this, they also once chucked a can of beer into the crowd, which I caught) Pulled Apart By Horses are asking for a favour, of sorts. They basically want people's instruments to be in their new video. Erm, probably not all that fun in itself but it's cheaper than taking it to the dump?»
