In Depth by Sam Cleeve

DiS’s journey to La Route Du Rock 2011 begins aboard a ferry out of Portsmouth, where it’s roughly 2am, and I’m trying my absolute best to grab a precious ounce of sleep. It’s all that blood pumping, you see, it makes you think better.»

In Depth by Wendy Roby

A warning: this week the number of wicked new sounds is in inverse proportion to the number of mangled analogies used to describe them. All this means is that there is quite a lot to get giddy about.»

Will Sheff (Okkervil River) on Roky Erikson

In Depth by Ed Miller

Whenever I get incredibly discouraged now, or pessimistic about human nature, or fatalistic about difficulties that get thrown in front of people, I think of Roky. Earlier this summer saw the release of True Love Cast Out All Evil, the first in over a de»
