Jack Rose

JACK ROSE is a member of psych-drone group PELT from the USA and Dr. Ragtime. His last tour of the UK was the incredibly well received tour with GLENN JONES (Cul de Sac) in 2004. Since then he has released 'Kensington Blues' to near blanket acclaim, contributed a harmonic drone-cycle to the best compilation released in 2005 – 'By the Fruits you Shall Know the Roots' feat:-Six Organs of Admittance, MV/EE, Dredd Foole, Joshua/Kemiallset Ystävät. Jack has also toured hard and long across the USA (including the now pivotal ARTHUR FEST in L.A.) playing his guitars ragged. There is something familiar and new about the sound that Rose is creating. Rooted but ethereal, old and battered but fresh and invigorating, it's the sound of an artist slowly making his way through history and coming out the other side with something all his own. He has received lots of airplay and steadfast support from press, musicians and an ever growing fan stronghold.
