I saw Islet live a few weeks back at Brighton's Great Escape. It was an odd but rewarding experience indeed. The more traditional barriers between crowd and band were fluid, and the frequency at which they swapped instruments was hard to keep up with. They played with gusto. They've also recently tour with Los Campesinos! amongst others. »
