GRABBA GRABBA TAPE are :

Gros-OH!-Vot : Keyboards, chorus and plays vocoder.

Lol- OH!-Vot : Drums, yells and sings vocoder.

According to the band :

GGT formed accidently around mid 2004. I said "accidently" because when we first got together we didnt know what were we going to do, sound, play or whatever. Lol-OH!-vot ended playing drums and singing through a vocoder and Gros-OH!-Vot ended playing keyboards and all that weird home-made instruments called Doo Rags (Olaf ®) he does. After rehearsing for a couple of weeks we came up with 6 songs that were played in our very first show. It sounded ok and we enjoyed it so much so that´s why we decided to keep on going with it.

People has compared us with lots of bands we like: Polysics, The Residents, Daft Punk, Lightning Bolt ( I guess this is just because we are a 2 piece band)...To be honest we DO NOT sound like any of these bands. We wished but we dont. I do not really know how we sound like...its weird and I hate talking about Grabba Grabba Tape so you better come up to our shows and get your own conclusions. We are friendly and nice, that´s all you need to know, I guess.

We have released some records and CDRs on Gssh! Gssh! Records that Lol-OH!-Vot runs. We had many offers in cool record labels in the past that never got to happen. People like to talk. We are happy were we are now, but you never know!.
