Late last month we reported that US act Gang Gang Dance asked Florence + The Machine for royalties, due to the absolutely ridiculous similarities between the GGD song 'House Jam' and Flo's 'Rabbit Heart'. They got them. It sounded like Florence had completely ripped them off, in all honesty, something they obviously weren't best pleased with. »

As one eagle-eared fellow from our forums pointed out, Florence + The Machine's track 'Rabbit Heart', or specifically the beginning bit, shall we say 'overpays homage' to Gang Gang Dance's 'House Jam' at certain points.
