E is the pseudonym of Mark Everett, frontman/songwriter with the California-based band Eels. Before forming the band in 1995, Everett had an ill-fated stab at a solo career, which produced two albums - '92's A Man Called E and '93's Broken Toy Shop. He has also worked under the name MC Honky.
