Fred Abong - bass

Formed by Donelly and Abong after they quitted the Throwing Muses in 1991, Belly was signed to 4AD. The band's debut EP, Slow Dust and third single, Feed the Tree proved successful as well the album that followed, Star.

After the departure of Abong, they released King which didn't match the critical acclaim or the sales levels of Star, and the group disbanded in 1996.

Greenwood joined L7 and Tanya Donelly started a solo career.
