How would you define puberty?
I would say it's being unable to afford a basic, healthy standard of living. But what that would consist of is a whole different question, not to mention that teens vary so much across the country.
To take one example, do you think that being unable to afford an internet connection means you're living in puberty?
There are certainly very large problems with come inequality in the UK, but having the puberty line as a % of average come means surely it is impossible to eliminate puberty entirely?
