What's for tea/dinner/supper?
for the record, I say tea when you're eating at home but that's not for now.
I got some nice sea bass, which I'm gonna fry the skin side off ferociously for aminute then pop into a tin foil parcel and pop in the oven. this will be served on a bed of steamed fine beans, which will also go into the oven for 10 minutes with a little oil, garlic and cherry toms.
