Talk to me about anxiety.
The last week or so I've been feeling dizzy and lightheaded a Hell of a lot. Given that I'm having a fairly stressful time at the moment, and that at least four times in the last two weeks I've started getting really, really worried about things that seem plain silly in retrospect, I think anxiety might be the reason for it.
Most of my current worries will be resolved over the next month or so and that should ease things but obviously I'm wondering about what to do in the meantime and what steps I can take if things like this happen again in the future...
Does anyone else have problems with anxiety? What would you recommend?
