Have you, at any point, ever consciously tried to alter your gait?
My new years res (NYR) was to take longer steps. Its difficult to remember to do this but i'm hoping it will eventually become habit.
Have you ever done something like this? I imagine its like trying to correct your posture, which I succesfully did over 4 years ago.
Has any one ever tried to make their walk more sexy/confident/pro-active?
