sleeping patterns
what's yours like?
and how do you go about fixing a really bad one?
mine is terrible, and all that forcing myself awake has done is made me have my sleep from around now until about 2am, but i'm trying so hard to stay awake for a few hours tonight and sleep around 1am. i don't miss the daylight hours which is nice BUT SLEEPING LIKE A NORMAL PERSON HAS BECOME SO HARD
