ok so i'm an idiot...
got a new phone on monday from Phones 4 U, on a contract, got rung today and was told i could get cheaper insurance on it...
i said great, gave account number and sort code
then afterwards i googled the company and it turns out they're really really shit, they make it stupidly hard to claim if you needed to etc.
so how bad is my mistake ?

i rung the customer services of the company (they sent me a txt with the number in straight after i got off the phone) but got a message saying all their agents were busy... then tried again 10 minutes later and the same thing happened.
i'm an idiot, but at least a) they told me that the direct debit would be set up for the 2nd sept so its not gonna fuck me up yet, and b) what they're setting up is a quarterly direct debit for £17.97... worse mistakes have been made
