Sloe Gin and other fruity spirits
Basically I want to make blackberry tequila because I had it once and it was ace, and I've got loads of blackberries growing out back.
Does anyone know how to make it?
With sloe gin I think you just use equal quantities of fruit and sugar, and then top it up with the gin but I don't know if this is a universal formula. Blackberries aren't as sharp tasting as sloe berries so would equal sugar over-power things a little?
