Putting an apostrophe before 'round' when you mean 'around' (as in, 'I'm going round to Mark's house'): antiquated and unnecessary, right?
As usual, everyone can be extra jittery about their posts in case you make a mistake, even just a typo, and someone says OMG UR OPINION ON SUBORDINATE CLAUSES IS IRONICALLY COMPROMISED BY UR OWN INABILITY 2 CLOSE PARENTHESES and so forth.
