Student protesters: Tomorrow's ruling class asking the public for their sympathy today
The obsession with fees for over 10 years demonstrates the middle-class centric concerns of the entire movement.
And now we find out that the NUS were all too happy to get rid of maintenance grants to keep fees low. We all know that this would in no way have benefited poorer students.
Thousands of people are going to lose their jobs as a result of amended Superannuation Act that these fuckers couldn’t give a shit. Imagine if thousands of public sector workers acted like these cunts. They’d all be locked up with none of the trendy tears clogging up my facebook home page right now.
Fro some reason, according to some of those directly involved in yesterday’s day out, the RMT’s one day strike got them all cheering for a ban on unions; yet their violence is somehow perfectly legitimate.
They walked away from their own violence unscathed because of the privilege they so recklessly throw in the face of the rest of society. I privilege that they will count on to get away with far worse in their future careers.
