(and your stupid marketing team),
The phrase 'like a fish out of water' does not mean, as you seem to be implying in your current television advert, 'wacky, full of personality, unusual, thinking outside the box'. It means 'totally struggling in your surroundings, lost, unable to keep up with everyone else, gasping and dying'. Therefore, this is probably not the best advert for your call centre staff.
