help my arm.
Went to the gym last night for the first time since May and my left arm (I'm right handed btw) has totally seized up.
I have to have it bent at all times and it literally won't go straight. I look like an ultraspaz. I'm a twisty-armed weirdo. I struggled to get my tshirt on this morning.
Anyone got any tips? Old wives tales? Like if I dip it in the blood of a midget and count to 12 etc?
