Scotland are introducing a minimum price for a unit of booze

I think it's a good idea myself, but then I generally think the Scottish leaders get things right about 4 years before we even dream of doing them down south.
It should make it harder for those on lower incomes and who are alcoholics to get drunk 24/7. It'll make people go to pubs more than just drink at home. And it'll hopefully ease the burden on the NHS.
Booze is stupidly cheap now. Well, I say booze. That cheap thinner cider stuff barely counts.
