What they could have achieved surely didn't justify the legal fees?
So they could have stopped a bunch of car anoraks finding out who some mystery character was if they'd succeeded.
But now they've failed, they'll be paying all the court charges and they've handed him more publicity than he ever would have got without the case.
Who are their legal advisers? The PG Tips chimps?
