Do you ever complain?
I don't normally but o2 have just cocked up my broadband order a bit so I think I will now. If I complain, I'm hoping that it'll get sorted out quicker and if there's any compensation then I won't say no (which is the probably the sort of compensation mentality that I'd normally frown upon).
Any tips on doing so?
