The Million Pound Drop
I watched The Million Pound drop for the first time last night. I had my doubts, averse as I am to anything involving the ghastly Davina McCall.
But,....I was wrong. I also became acutely aware that one of the most negative of British traits is one that I share; that watching people lose large sums of money is a hell of a lot more entertaining than watching them acquire it.
It's the perfect game show for post-credit crunch/pre-cuts recession Britain.
And, those two brothers from last night with the Topman wardrobes were utter fuckwits (Berlin Wall coming down in the 60's? David Laws as a UKIP minister? FFS!)
