why does moving air feel cooler than 'still' air
example - temperature of 30 degrees will be colder if blown at 30 mph.
another example - it's a hot day. turn on the fan. now you're chilled.
so ive read a fan causes sweat to leave your skin by evapouration which takes energy in the form of heat away with it. but what about a computer. how does a fan cool it? is my pc a sweaty betty? or is it just that the warmer air surrounding what's producing the heat is cleared quicker and thus it can't make it warmer? can taking the *surrounding* heat away make the temperature of the thing itself any lower or can it only prevent it from getting warmer?
