Question: concentrate.
In what way, if at all, is fruit juice made from concentrate less nutritious than not-from-concentrate?
Not-from-concentrate always seems to have a pure, fresh and unprocessed image associated with it, which isn't entirely true as it gets frozen and shipped.
Also, on not-from-concentrate cartons, it nearly always says that it contributes to 1 of the five a day, but I don't think that I've ever seen this on concentrate stuff.
So, is there any material difference or is it just a bit of marketing?
