I see that Wednesday's Masterchef marks the comebacks from the last series.
Finally, something a bit different!
I had to look up the mussels recipe in the end last night as I was totally confused about what they should do. Interestingly I'd seen a hideous-looking pre-cooked Mussels in a White Wine Sauce thing in Tesco's cold section a few days earlier and it had a very creamy sauce so I would have assumed cream had to go in too...
