toad in the hole - a cookery thread
so I made this last night, (veg sausages of course) it stuck a bit and seemed quite doughy although rose lovely
so was oil not hot enough? I didn't sieve the flour as I only had one hand, had a wailing child in the other...is that it?
any top tips/recipes
tonight is butternut squash night..any suggestions? roasted with feta/red onion and sometimes balsamic is my usual...
