Some genuine advice needed
So, recently i've just found myself getting down more than a 19 year old should. Okay so money is a given problem for most people and quite frankly I don't care too much about not having much, but it can annoy me a little, but that's neither here nor there. I just find myself getting aggitated by small things also annoyed and anxious.
For example
I'm worrying about going out to meet some old friends in central london on friday as i have money issues and a job interview at 9am the next day. Things that make me worried is the fact i haven't been at uni for a week now and feel detached (even though others have gone)I don't really want to spend loadsa money and I don't want to upset people by not going and looking like i don't want to make an effort.....anyway this is all pretty minor stuff and just an example.
What i want to know is what are the best ways to vent energy or take my mind off thoughts which are going to make me aggitated. Note, I already exercise lots and play sport and don't want to become an alcoholic or drug addict. Nor do i want to take fluoxitine
