So I just went for a run...
For the first time in ages...or really ever I suppose insofar as no one was making me run, I just walked home through the park and thought 'what a nice evening, I should go for a run'...But then I only really thought that because my doctor reckons I'm stressed and that exercise will help...
Anyway, my point is, I need some sporty types to make me feel better about how lame I feel...I ran at a moderate/good pace for about ten minutes, by which point I was wheezing like an old man after 47 flights of stairs and a duel...
Can y'all post that motivational 'it gets better real soon', 'you'll be doing an iron man by August' chat below, please?
