What's the correct etiquette on tubes when babies start looking at you?
Can you smile and pull faces or will the mother deem this inappropriate and dubious behaviour?
In other news I nearly managed my most spectacular moment of buffoonery this morning in King's Cross Tation. I was behind a woman on crutches and wanted to get past her. I dodged round to the left without realising the ceiling sloped. I banged my head on the wall and staggered back in shock, almost ploughing straight into said woman on crutches. Luckily I missed to avoid injury but Christ it would have been brilliant visually and would almost certainly beat the time I held the button to hold doors of a lift open for an attracitve girl only to release them slightly too early so they in fact slammed shut on her in a way that appeared, though in fact was not, deliberate.
How's your public transport related buffoonery working out at the moment?
