any tips?
i'm currently going on a cross trainer (my knees are screwed) running for about 10 mins to get my heart rate up to a nice 130-145, then sprinting for 2 mins, chilling for 4, sprinting for 2, chilling for 4 etc.
i'm trying to lose a bit of weight over the next month!
