Browsing Digital TV Guides
yes, it's time for another fully exciting thread broaught to you by the maker of "Some Important Questions of Great Consequence Regarding Socks" and "A quick hypothetical question, that is entirely hypothetical".
when you are browsing the television guide on your digital television system, how do you choose to browse the television guide? In the past i had a free box which let me choose the order of my channels, so iset them up so that the BBCs were in order and the Channel 4s were also in order and the channel 5s were also in order as well too. it was good, it worked, it meant no more UK TV History between more4 and BBC4.
now that we have Sky it has a preset menu offering vaarious options like 'all channels' and like 'entertainment' and like 'lifestyle and culture' and like 'movies' and also like 'sport' as well as being like 'news' on top of being like 'documentaries' or the popular amongst the youngsters 'kids' or the musical 'music' or the lets hope the children don't click on this because it gives you quick access to 24 channels featuring women on the phone, 'more'. Now, I'm really good at sky and i know all the important channels like 442 and 127 and 610 so i chose to view in the All channels view and then i use the number from there, but some people choose the category and go in and out of the menus so that you can't get straight from BEN to Movies For Men 2 using the numbers. those types of people are stupid aren't they?
