apparantly the FA Cup game on April 18th will have one minute of appluase to commemorate Hillsborough
according to the paper...
does anyone find that odd,....and in almost bad taste?
i know there are debates over silence vs applause.....i think applause is good to commemorate former players who would have soaked up much of the same applause in their time at the club.....but for something like this....what is there to applaud?.....if there was an event that still warranted a moments quiet contemplation from football fans...even for a minute....then it's this........very odd.
any thoughts?
