Taking Liberties
This is an excellent film/documentary i'd reccomend you watch.
It essentially picks apart the way that our Civil Liberties (Right to Privacy, Right to Protest, Ban on Tortute, Innocent until proven guilty...etc...) have been not only neglected, but entirely destroyed since the Terrorism acts and the war on Iraq, and throughout Blair's time in power.
It's much less of a conspiracist's wet dream than Zeitgeist, which is informative, but I find lacks solid justification. It's much more factual, and has a deeper focus about life across here, and how it directly affects us.
Give it a watch! Anyone else seen it?
