What do YOU do at the gym?
To shake of your weekend indulgences?
after a couple of months of a little bit of cardio then weights, I decided to focus on maybe 2 areas a session - chest and lats, arms and abs etc... but then realised that with the little beer belly I still have kicking about, this isnt really gonna have any immediate visable effect. So I'm back to just cardio. I do an hour - made up of any combination of bike, swim, cross train, treadmill, row 4-5 times a week, followed by 100 or so sit ups per session.
And still no major signs of improvement. I feel fitter, definately, and can do a lot more than i could before but hmmm...
What do you do? Do you feel/see the benifits? How often do you go etc etc...
