'Julian and Olivia live in an 750,000 cottage in rural Oxfordshire, but
with Julian spending more time than ever at his desk in Canary Wharf they've decided to buy a crash pad in London. However, with a budget of just 400,000 this is going to be a real challenge. On the flip side of the coin Olivia has decided that they need a weekend holiday cottage somewhere in the Polzeath-Rock-Padstow Triangle, thanks to a little rejigging of the family finances they've managed to find 475,000 for this project. Olivia will not be easy to please and neither will her children India and Hugo who are already demanding ponies and a paddock to keep them in'
