I made firecracker beef
and it was TOTES SEX:
Marinade rump steak for an hour in:
Rice Vinegar
Chilli Garlic Sauce
Soy Sauce
Ginger
5 Spice
Garlic
all in a sandwich bag in the fridge
Sear it 2 mins each side in a veh hot dry pan
then boil rice noodles and rinse in veh cold water
to the noodles add coriander, olive oil, fish sauce and crushed peanuts and toss it a bit
then slice the beef and whack it back in the pan with some of its juices
and spoon on top of the noodles.
