how do you realign sleeping paterns?
i've fallen into a routine of falling asleep at 6 and waking up at one, means I waste most of the day because once it gets past midnight I think I cant do anything now it is too late even though i'm still wide awake so I just lay here, i've lost weeks now, how does it happen anyway I thought circadian rhythms were set by the sun and stuff, should be getting up with daylight but thats always seemed unatural to me
