yo soy, bicycles dear boy, bicycles.
a new woods valve stem from? how do i replace inner tubes?
what do the numbers mean, how do i find out which i need?
replacing the inner tubes looks hard.
I think that you mean the sizes?
The first figure is the diameter of the wheel and the second is the width of the tyre. These will be written on the rim of your tyre, usually alongside the maximum pressure.
e.g. this one (http://www.twenga.co.uk/offer/43961/4984159030449260472.html) suits a 28" diameter wheel with a 1.5" tyre width. Dunlop valves are more popular in Europe, and so your bike may have these figures in metric, rather than imperial. If so, use this table to find the equivalent size: http://www.ctc.org.uk/DesktopDefault.aspx?TabID=3802
